a bit complex. got to "show 25%" on screen so u can see everything... now make a BIG box (but not black). turn it into a movieclip, center it, then double click it. draw a circle, turn it into a graphic, then center that, then double click that. use the resize tool, but only click it. this SHOULD make a dot dead in the middle. take a memory-picture of it, now click the brush tool and put a dot where the other dot used to be.
now go back to the box, and fill it black, plus spaces made frome where the graphic used to be, before it was a graphic. now go back to youre scene and add a cursor actionscript to your movieclip. you probably wont get this the first time(the scope may be out-of-place, or the size isn't right.) so keep trying. hope this confusing paragraph helpz!

thanks. o iam using adoble cs3 flash. iam try to leand this but it starting to get hard. i have been trying to get help with actionscript. i thank for telling this it really helps
